FAB 5 Programs

FAB 5 Programs are written by classroom, physical and health education specialists who deliberately created a fun and motivating curriculum that delivers essential content.  FAB 5 programs are ideal for increasing student activity levels and learning content. These programs and easy to follow lessons were developed with classroom teachers and activity leaders in mind.

The FAB 5 Programs:

  • Are aligned for teachers and activity leaders to provide a comprehensive program that includes academic fitness and health content, intentional fitness development and motor skill development

  • Incorporate vocabulary that is tied to content, which reinforces the understanding of the key concepts

  • Build an awareness of the lifestyle choices students make regarding nutrition and physical activity

  • Include content areas such as: Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Flexibility, Muscular Strength and Endurance, Body Composition, Intensity levels, Respiration, MyPlate, Cardiovascular Risk Factors, Energy In/Energy Out, Nutrients and Healthy Eating.
